Our Philosophy
TJ'S Trap Kitchen is a New Orleans' Cuisine Catering Company established in 2019. Although DFW based, both founders are born and raised New Orleans' natives ready to add extra spice and flavor to your tastebuds.
The business started after seeing family and friend's reactions to the twist put on traditional soul food dishes, including seafood mac, oxtail grill cheese sandwich, chicken and waffles sticks with a henny sauce, etc. We believe that food should not only taste great, but it should also be good for you. That's why we use only the freshest ingredients in all of our dishes.
Since then, the chefs' skills and Menu options have expanded tremendously to bring that same joy to all.
